feat: expand directory-submissions with 185+ dofollow backlink directories (#276)

Browse Source 
Add 6 new tiers (8-13) covering profile & content platforms, local business
directories, forums & communities, press release sites, social bookmarking,
and niche verticals. Also expand existing tiers 2, 3, and 5 with new entries.

Codex-verified: removed 5 dead/expired domains (nancheng.fun, startuplister.com,
designernews.co, sitewebdirectory.com, atoalinks.com), corrected GPTForge DR
from 88 to ~30 (domain created 2025), fixed sitepromotondirectory typo, and
normalized cross-file naming inconsistencies.
