feat(marketing-plan): add evals.json for parity with other 42 skills
Marketing-plan was the only skill in the repo without an evals/
directory. Added 6 representative evals covering:
1. Standard fCMO engagement (Series A B2B SaaS) — happy path 13-section plan
2. Pre-seed bootstrapped — Tier 1 budget profile, funding-stage unlocks
3. Existing audit ingestion — don't re-score, use prior output
4. Resumable workflow — state machine, ~/marketing-plans/{slug}/progress.md
5. Hybrid hardware+software archetype — client-types.md variations
6. "Quick plan" pushback — resist short-plan request, recommend channel skill
Total skills with evals: 43/43.
