refactor(schema): rename orchestrator-sisyphus to atlas

Update schema definitions, types, and integrations to use 'atlas' instead of 'orchestrator-sisyphus'. Includes schema regeneration and test updates. Ultraworked with [Sisyphus](https://github.com/code-yeongyu/oh-my-opencode) Co-authored-by: Sisyphus <clio-agent@sisyphuslabs.ai>
