Add renamed isolated mock test directories (zauc-mocks-*)
- Add zauc-mocks-bg, zauc-mocks-cache, zauc-mocks-hook,
zauc-mocks-ws, and zauc-sync-mocks directories
- Renamed from _auc-mocks-* to zauc-mocks-* for better organization
