ismeth 62cf707502 fix: resolve 11 council-audited violations across athena subsystem 
- Add switch_agent to athena-junior deny list (P1 defense-in-depth)
- Add terminal status check to waitForSessionIds polling loop
- Add athena-junior to OverridableAgentNameSchema and AgentOverridesSchema
- Add explicit retry workflow instructions to non-interactive prompt Step 9
- Fix JSON schema generation to exclude defaulted fields from required arrays
- Fix docs example for non_interactive_member_list (remove Council: prefix)
- Use segment-aware regex in path-policy.ts to block fake.sisyphus/ paths
- Add defensive path resolution and contract validation for prompt_file
- Add explicit .optional() to AthenaOverrideConfigSchema fields for clarity
- Fix traversal check precision for .. prefixed directory names

ismeth 10e28417a3 feat(athena): add dedicated council-member agent for multi-model council 
Replace oracle as the agent for council background tasks with a purpose-built

council-member agent. This avoids coupling to oracle's config/prompt and provides

proper read-only tool restrictions (deny write, edit, task, athena_council).

- New council-member-agent.ts with analysis-oriented system prompt

- Registered in agentSources (hidden from Sisyphus delegation table)

- Added to type system, Zod schemas, display names, tool restrictions

- Minimal model fallback (always overridden per council member at launch)

- Council orchestrator now launches members as council-member agent

- add athena to built-in and overridable agent name schemas

- extend BuiltinAgentName with athena for config-level recognition

- make builtin agent source maps partial until athena runtime registration lands

rluisr 2594a1c5aa fix: register sisyphus-junior as builtin agent across type system and model fallback 
Sisyphus-Junior was missing from BuiltinAgentName type, agentSources map,
barrel exports, and AGENT_MODEL_REQUIREMENTS. This caused type inconsistencies
and prevented model-fallback hooks from working for sisyphus-junior sessions.

Closes code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent#1697

YeonGyu-Kim 119e18c810 refactor: wave 2 - split atlas, auto-update-checker, session-recovery, todo-enforcer, background-task hooks 
- Extract atlas/ into 15 focused modules (hook, event handler, tool policies, types, etc.)
- Split auto-update-checker into checker/ and hook/ subdirectories with single-purpose files
- Decompose session-recovery into separate recovery strategy files per error type
- Extract todo-continuation-enforcer from monolith to directory with dedicated modules
- Split background-task/tools.ts into individual tool creator files
- Extract command-executor, tmux-utils into focused sub-modules
- Split config/schema.ts into domain-specific schema files
- Decompose cli/config-manager.ts into focused modules
- Rollback skill-mcp-manager, model-availability, index.ts splits that broke tests
- Fix all import path depths for moved files (../../ -> ../../../)
- Add explicit type annotations to resolve TS7006 implicit any errors

Typecheck: 0 errors
Tests: 2359 pass, 5 fail (all pre-existing)
