createPluginModule and PluginModuleDeps were exposed at package entry as
a test seam. Their export creates accidental public TS API obligations
for internal manager/tool/hook constructor types. Move to
src/testing/create-plugin-module.ts so only tests reach them.

Estimated billing reduction: ~$960+/month from feature flag requests,
plus ~2.83M fewer events/month from plugin_loaded removal.
The plugin_loaded event was emitted on every plugin reload, generating
high event volume on PostHog (proportional to opencode restarts per
user per day). With MAU > 60K and active power users restarting
frequently, this drove unnecessary event spend.
Add a separate daily dedup state field (lastPluginLoadedDayUTC) so the
plugin_loaded capture only fires once per UTC day per machine. The
existing daily activity dedup (lastActiveDayUTC, used by
omo_daily_active) is preserved as an independent gate so the two
dimensions cannot overwrite each other in the activity state file.
OpenCode 1.4.x ignores the agent `order` field (sst/opencode#19127), so its
`Agent.list()` sorts purely by `agent.name` via Remeda `sortBy` which uses
native string `<`/`>` comparison. Without intervention, the four core agents
fall into alphabetical order (Atlas -> Hephaestus -> Prometheus -> Sisyphus),
which is not the canonical sisyphus -> hephaestus -> prometheus -> atlas order
the project ships.
Prior attempts to bias the sort key with invisible characters (ZWSP,
U+2060 WORD JOINER, U+00AD SOFT HYPHEN, ANSI escape) all caused
`Bun.stringWidth()` vs terminal-width drift, producing visible gaps and
column truncation in the TUI status bar (#3259, #3238).
Solution: a narrowly-scoped shim of `Array.prototype.toSorted` and
`Array.prototype.sort` that activates only when the array contains two or
more agent objects whose `.name` matches a canonical core display name.
The activation predicate guards against mixed-type arrays so unrelated
`.sort()` / `.toSorted()` calls (string arrays, number arrays, mixed
objects) execute native behavior unchanged. Install is idempotent.
Cubic P1 mitigations from PR #3267:
- `isAgentArray` rejects any array with non-object or null elements,
eliminating the throw-on-mixed-array failure mode.
- Strict activation predicate (>= 2 ranked elements) keeps the global
prototype patch from affecting unrelated sort calls.
Remove this shim once OpenCode honors the agent `order` field
(sst/opencode#19127).

Convert the default export from the legacy callable Plugin to the V1 PluginModule shape (`{ id, server }`) documented by opencode's plugin SDK. This aligns oh-my-openagent with the canonical plugin entry format and removes plugin-format legacy debt.
Drop the module-level `let activePluginDispose` cleanup guard: opencode instantiates plugins in a scope-bound Layer per server and dynamic-imports fresh modules on reload, so module-level state is not preserved across reloads. Individual managers already register their own SIGINT/SIGTERM cleanup (skill-mcp-manager, background-agent process-cleanup), so the orphaned createPluginDispose call provided no runtime value.
Remove the non-standard `name` return field that opencode's Hooks interface does not include. The PluginModule's `id` now carries the plugin identity instead.
Drop the unused `lspManager` import that only fed the orphaned createPluginDispose.
Update src/index.test.ts and src/index.telemetry.test.ts to call `plugin.server(ctx)` instead of `plugin(ctx)`, and assert the V1 shape.
When opencode-skills plugin is registered alongside oh-my-openagent,
all user skills are loaded twice, causing 'Duplicate tool names detected'
warnings and HTTP 400 errors.
This fix:
1. Detects if opencode-skills plugin is loaded in opencode.json
2. Emits a startup warning explaining the conflict
3. Suggests fixes: either remove opencode-skills or disable skills in oh-my-openagent

Plugin created managers, hooks, intervals, and process listeners on
every load but had no teardown mechanism. On plugin reload, old
instances remained alive causing cumulative memory leaks.
- Add createPluginDispose() orchestrating shutdown sequence:
backgroundManager.shutdown() → skillMcpManager.disconnectAll() →
disposeHooks()
- Add disposeHooks() aggregator with safe optional chaining
- Wire dispose into index.ts to clean previous instance on reload
- Make dispose idempotent (safe to call multiple times)
Tests: 4 pass, 8 expects
The auto-update checker hook calls getConfigDir() which requires the
config context to be initialized via initConfigContext(). When running
in the OpenCode TUI plugin runtime (vs CLI), this initialization never
happened, causing the warning:
"getConfigContext() called before initConfigContext(); defaulting to CLI paths."
This warning would appear when opening folders containing .mulch or .beads
directories because the lifecycle plugins triggered the auto-update checker.
Fix: Call initConfigContext("opencode", null) at plugin startup to ensure
the config context is properly initialized for all hooks and utilities.
Fixes upstream issue where TUI users see spurious bun install warnings.
The experimental.session.compacting handler was not delegating to
claudeCodeHooks, making PreCompact hooks from .claude/settings.json
dead code. Also fixed premature early-return when compactionContextInjector
was null which would skip any subsequent hooks.
Records task history at 6 status transitions (pending, running×2, error,
cancelled, completed). Exports TaskHistory from background-agent barrel.
Passes backgroundManager and sessionID through compaction hook chain.
Convert grep, glob, ast-grep, and session-manager tools from static exports to factory functions that receive PluginInput context. This allows them to use ctx.directory instead of process.cwd(), fixing issue #658 where tools search from wrong directory in OpenCode Desktop app.

Add isContinuationStopped check to atlas hook's session.idle handler
so boulder continuation stops when user runs /stop-continuation.
Previously, todo continuation and session recovery checked the guard,
but boulder continuation did not — causing work to resume after stop.
