Brandon Webb da91c53536 fix(call-omo-agent): address cubic review findings and add requirement-based tests 
- Fix agent-resolver.ts: add defensive validation on agent name (typeof, trim, filter)
- Fix tools.test.ts: correct mock to return {data: agents} matching SDK contract
- Fix agent-config-handler.ts: include opencode global/project agents in customAgentSummaries
- Add agent-resolver.test.ts: 14 requirement-based tests covering R1-R7 behavioral specs
- Add tools-edge-cases.test.ts: 5 integration tests for rollback, whitespace, dedup, session_id

YeonGyu-Kim 670d8ab175 fix(#2852): forward model overrides from categories/agent config to subagents 
- fix(switcher): use lastIndexOf for multi-slash model IDs (e.g. aws/anthropic/claude-sonnet-4)
- fix(model-resolution): same lastIndexOf fix in doctor parseProviderModel
- fix(call-omo-agent): resolve model from agent config and forward to both
  background and sync executors via DelegatedModelConfig
- fix(subagent-resolver): inherit category model/variant when agent uses
  category reference without explicit model override
- test: add model override forwarding tests for call-omo-agent
- test: add multi-slash model ID test for switcher

## Summary
- Added 4 tests for disabled_agents validation in call_omo_agent tool
- Tests verify agent rejection when in disabled_agents list
- Tests verify case-insensitive matching
- Tests verify agents not in disabled list are allowed
- Tests verify empty disabled_agents allows all agents
