YeonGyu-Kim	2fbee82494	refactor(hooks): rename sisyphus-gpt-hephaestus-reminder to no-sisyphus-gpt ... Shorter hook name, disableable via disabled_hooks config, migration added for backward compatibility. Also forces agent switch to Hephaestus on Sisyphus + GPT detection.
