Adds keyword_detector.disabled_keywords config so users can opt out of
specific keyword detectors individually without disabling the entire
keyword-detector hook. Allowed values: 'ultrawork', 'search', 'analyze',
'team'. Default empty/missing -> all four detectors active (no behavior
change for existing configs).
Motivation: an audit revealed search and analyze patterns trigger on
~30-60% of normal conversational user messages (e.g. 'how to', 'why is',
'show me', '왜', '어떻게'). The disable list is the immediate kill switch
while the patterns themselves are tightened in a separate PR.
Schema follows the existing per-feature config block convention shared
by team_mode, ralph_loop, runtime_fallback, and comment_checker. The
KeywordType enum (z.enum) lives next to the config schema and is
re-imported by the detector to keep the union type in lockstep with the
schema.

Adds 8 regression tests covering per-keyword disable, multi-keyword
disable, partial disable (one keyword off, another still firing),
ultrawork toast suppression, undefined config, and empty array.

- Rewrite create-tool-guard-hooks.test.ts to use spyOn instead of barrel mock
- Fix skill-mcp-manager OAuth tests with missing mockTokens/mockLogin definitions
- Fix start-work hook: show worktree active block on resume with existing worktree_path
- Extract createWorktreeActiveBlock to worktree-block.ts to avoid circular import
- Replace 80-line isolated test runner CI config with single `bun test` command
Adds a defensive tool-pair-validator hook that runs as the final step in
the messages transform pipeline. When compaction or context-window recovery
removes user messages containing tool_result blocks without removing the
preceding assistant message with tool_use blocks, this validator detects
the mismatch and either:
1. Injects missing tool_result parts into the next user message, or
2. Creates a synthetic user message with placeholder tool_results
This prevents Anthropic API errors like 'tool_use ids found without
tool_result blocks immediately after'.

Use the plugin session directory instead of process.cwd() when resolving project slash commands. This restores project and opencode-project slashcommand behavior when the runtime cwd differs from the actual session workspace.

Use `=== false` instead of falsy negation so that missing/undefined
fields are not treated as explicitly disabled. Only skip ~/.claude/rules
when all three flags are explicitly set to false.

When claude_code integration is disabled in oh-my-opencode.json, the
rules-injector now skips loading rules from ~/.claude/rules/ to prevent
Claude Code-specific instructions from leaking into non-Claude agents
(e.g., GPT-5.4 Sisyphus), which causes agent hallucination.
Also adds ~/.sisyphus/rules/ and ~/.opencode/rules/ as OpenCode-native
user rule directories that are always searched regardless of config.

When a subagent session disappears from the status registry (process
crashed), the main agent was waiting the full stale timeout before
acting. Fix:
- Add sessionGoneTimeoutMs config option (default 60s, vs 30min normal)
- task-poller: use shorter timeout when session is gone from status
- manager: verify session existence when gone, fail crashed tasks
immediately with descriptive error
- Add legacy-plugin-toast hook for #2823 migration warnings
- Update schema with new config option
Ports the OMX OpenClaw module into oh-my-openagent as a first-class integration.
This integration allows forwarding internal events (session lifecycle, tool execution) to external gateways (HTTP or command-based).

Resume GPT sessions when the last assistant reply ends in a permission-seeking tail, while honoring stop-continuation and avoiding duplicate continuation across todo and atlas flows.

Hashline edit tool and companion hooks now require explicit opt-in
via `"hashline_edit": true` in config. Previously enabled by default.
- tool-registry: hashline edit tool not registered unless opted in
- create-tool-guard-hooks: hashline-read-enhancer disabled by default
- Updated config schema comment and documentation
- Added TDD tests for default behavior
Intercepts Read tool output with image attachments and resizes to comply with Anthropic API limits (≤1568px long edge, ≤5MB). Only activates for Anthropic provider sessions and appends resize metadata (original/new resolution, token count) to tool output.

Add start_work.auto_commit configuration option to allow users to
disable the automatic commit step in the /start-work workflow.
When auto_commit is false:
- STEP 8: COMMIT ATOMIC UNIT is removed from orchestrator reminder
- STEP 9: PROCEED TO NEXT TASK becomes STEP 8

Model fallback is now opt-in via `model_fallback: true` in plugin config,
matching the runtime-fallback pattern. Prevents unexpected automatic model
switching on API errors unless explicitly enabled.
Connect the existing plugin loader infrastructure to both slash command
dispatch paths (executor and slashcommand tool), enabling namespaced
commands like /daplug:run-prompt to resolve and execute.
