The sort shim from the previous commit enforces canonical core ordering at runtime, so ZWSP prefixes are no longer needed. Removing them eliminates the Bun.stringWidth vs terminal-width drift that broke the TUI status bar (#3259).
Drop AGENT_LIST_SORT_PREFIXES and getAgentRuntimeName from agent-display-names; switch all call sites to getAgentDisplayName. getAgentListDisplayName stays as a thin alias for external importers.
Keep stripInvisibleAgentCharacters and the ZWSP regex paths so legacy session state and configs from v3.14.0-v3.16.0 still resolve.

On some Git Bash installations SHELL is not set but MSYSTEM (MINGW64/MSYS)
is always present. Check MSYSTEM before PSModulePath to avoid emitting
PowerShell syntax in bash shells.
- session-state: resolve legacy agent names in resolveRegisteredAgentName (#3272)
Historical sessions stored agent names like 'Sisyphus (Ultraworker)' which
don't match the current registered format. Fall back to getAgentConfigKey
for legacy/parenthesized name resolution before returning the raw name.
- config-migration: skip backup when file content is unchanged (#3222)
Compare serialized config with existing file content before creating a
timestamped .bak file. Only create backup when the on-disk content
actually differs from the migrated content.
Display names with parentheses like 'Atlas (Plan Executor)' cause HTTP
header validation errors in x-opencode-agent-name. This was blocking
Atlas/Prometheus from working via /start-work and auto-retry.
Changes:
- Display names: parens -> dashes ('Atlas - Plan Executor')
- Hooks (start-work, no-hephaestus-non-gpt, no-sisyphus-gpt): use
config keys ('atlas', 'sisyphus', 'hephaestus') for agent API fields
- auto-retry: use config key instead of display name for promptAsync
- agent-override-protection: handle dash-suffix normalization
- Updated all test expectations to match new format

Prevent ZWSP sort prefixes from leaking into stored agent names, config
key lookups, and override-protection normalization. Ensures prefixed
list-display names resolve correctly throughout the pipeline.

- Add timing.ts module for test-only timing configuration
- Replace hardcoded wait times with getTimingConfig()
- Enable all previously skipped tests (ralph-loop, session-state, delegate-task)

Previous test was setting mainSessionID to 'main-session-123' and the
next test expected undefined. The outer beforeEach wasn't properly
resetting state between tests in the nested describe block.
Adding a nested beforeEach ensures proper test isolation.
The prometheus-md-only hook was not enforcing file restrictions because
getSessionAgent() returned undefined - setSessionAgent was only called
in message.updated event which doesn't always provide agent info.
- Add setSessionAgent call in chat.message hook when input.agent exists
- Add session state tests for setSessionAgent/getSessionAgent
- Add clearSessionAgent cleanup to prometheus-md-only tests
This ensures prometheus-md-only hook can reliably identify Prometheus
sessions and enforce .sisyphus/*.md write restrictions.
