Oracle review on PR #4132 flagged that resetStallStateForPlanChange only
reset state when stalledContinuationReason was already set, so partial
in-progress counts from plan A could carry to plan B and abort the new
plan on its first idle.
Adds activeContinuationPlanPath to SessionState and resets the
no-tool-progress counter + awaiting state whenever the active plan path
changes, even when no stall has occurred yet. The existing stalled-plan
reset still fires when the previously stalled plan path differs from
the new one.
Address Oracle review feedback: refactor 4 aliased mutations via argsObject
in plugin/tool-execute-before.ts and 1 via toolOutput in atlas/tool-execute-before.ts.
Strengthen audit test regex to catch Output.args mutations regardless of the
variable name prefix (toolOutput, argsObject aliases).

- Replace the simple scheduledDelays array with an activeTimers Map so
that clearTimeout removes timers from the tracked set.
- This prevents false positives when internal withDispatchTimeout calls
setTimeout for safety timeouts that are immediately cancelled.
- Keeps the test intent unchanged: only genuinely scheduled retries are
counted as delayed duplicate retries.
Both injectors call resolveRegisteredAgentName, which returns the
registered alias verbatim. OpenCode TUI registers agent names with
leading zero-width characters (U+200B) for sort ordering, so that
alias can be e.g. "\u200B\u200BAtlas - Plan Executor". Passing it
directly to promptAsync produces "Agent not found" because the
OpenCode SDK does an exact match against its canonical display
name registry.
Strip the ZWSP sort prefix on the resolved name before sending it
to promptAsync in:
- src/hooks/atlas/boulder-continuation-injector.ts
- src/hooks/todo-continuation-enforcer/continuation-injection.ts
Add regression tests asserting promptAsync receives the canonical
display name (no \u200B) even when the registered alias carries
a ZWSP sort prefix. Same root cause class as #3494 / #3547. Tests
were RED on dev before the fix and GREEN after.
Keep prompt reservations briefly after successful dispatch so rapid idle/message/error transitions cannot inject the same follow-up twice.
Route all production session prompt calls through the shared gate, restore skipped background resume state, release holds after abort/recovery paths, and preserve Ralph/ULW loop state when a dispatch is deferred.
Add regression coverage for session routing, static prompt route auditing, team-mode live messaging, model suggestion retries, call-omo-agent reuse, background parent wakes, runtime fallback, compaction recovery, Atlas, and Ralph/ULW loops.
Handle OpenCode session events that carry the session ID under properties.info.id or properties.info.sessionID so background tasks and continuation hooks do not miss idle/error/delete events.
Add regression coverage for nested session.idle events completing background tasks and waking continuation hooks.
Oracle review of PR #3943 surfaced that endTaskTimer never fires for real Prometheus plans because their canonical path is .sisyphus/plans/ and the snapshot capture was nested inside the !isSisyphusPath branch intended for direct-work warning suppression. Move the snapshot/path tracking out of the warning gate so all plan-file edits are snapshotted regardless of .sisyphus prefix. Keep the warning branch isSisyphus-gated so Atlas does not yell at legitimate plan edits.
Regression test now uses a real .sisyphus/plans/ path and fails against HEAD before the fix.
Atlas was delegating tasks one-by-one because the workflow framed parallel
as a conditional ("if tasks can run in parallel..."), letting models default
to the safer sequential path. The new shared ATLAS_PARALLEL_BY_DEFAULT block
flips the default: parallel is mandatory; sequential requires a NAMED
blocking dependency (input dependency or file conflict).
Adds two new prompt variants — kimi (K2.6 thinking-mode calibration:
commitment framing + concrete budgets) and opus-4-7 (counters 4.7's lower
default subagent count and literal-following bias). Recalibrates default
(Claude 4.6 family), gpt (GPT-5.5 outcome-first / decision rules over
absolutes), and gemini (preserves TOOL_CALL_MANDATE; replaces stale
session_id with task_id). All five variants share the parallel mandate
positioned BEFORE the workflow so "mandate above" references resolve.
Strengthens the orchestrator-direct-edit reminder hooks
(ORCHESTRATOR_DELEGATION_REQUIRED + DIRECT_WORK_REMINDER) with the central
challenge "Do you ACTUALLY need to be the one doing this?" — replacing the
previous bullet-heavy framing.
Tests now parametrized over all 5 variants. Adds prompt-routing.test
covering GPT/Gemini/Kimi/Opus 4.7/default routing and edge cases, plus a
session_id rejection test (every variant must use task_id for retries).
Atlas continuation only treated running background tasks as active work. When a delegated subagent had been launched but was still waiting for session creation, the task remained pending and Atlas could inject another continuation too early.
Treat pending tasks as active background work in the continuation injector and add regression coverage for the pending-session-creation race so delegated work is allowed to acquire a session before Atlas resumes the plan.
