Align README.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, and docs/ with the same ground truth used
in the hierarchical AGENTS.md regeneration commit 1e7a7600a:
- README.md: '25+ built-in hooks' was undercounted by ~30 hooks; now reads
'54+ lifecycle hooks (61 with Team Mode)' to match actual tier composition.
- CONTRIBUTING.md: src/hooks/ '52 hooks across 55 modules' -> '54 base (61 team) across 58 dirs';
src/tools/ '26 tools across 16 directories' -> '20-39 tools (config-gated)';
src/features/ '19 feature modules' -> '20 feature modules' (boulder-state, team-mode added).
- docs/reference/features.md: Core-agent order indices were off-by-one;
Sisyphus 1/Hephaestus 2/Prometheus 3/Atlas 4 -> 0/1/2/3 (matches installAgentSortShim).
- docs/guide/overview.md: Sisyphus model recommendations now mention Kimi K2.6 alongside K2.5
since K2.6 is the active default fallback in the primary Sisyphus chain
(see src/shared/model-requirements.ts).
- Add a 'Team Mode (v4.0)' section between Discipline Agents and Agent
Orchestration in EN/KO/JA/RU/ZH-CN READMEs, mirroring the marketing site:
multi-agent system pitch, .opencode/oh-my-openagent.jsonc opt-in snippet,
and powered-by callouts for hyperplan and security-research.
- Add a 'Team Mode (v4.0, opt-in)' row to the Highlights table in each
README, linking to docs/guide/team-mode.md.
- Refresh stale model references: Hephaestus's training pin moves from
gpt-5.4 to gpt-5.5, the Kimi pairing tagline becomes Kimi K2.6 + GPT-5.5,
and the ultrabrain category now correctly points at GPT-5.5 xhigh.
The previous banner ('Meet Dori. He ships to 56k stars.' + 'The first AI
agent maintainer of a 56k-star repo.') hard-coded the star count into the
image, which dates instantly as the repo grows.
Regenerate the banner to use only the timeless catchphrases that appear on
sisyphuslabs.ai/en:
- Headline: 'Meet Dori. / Not a demo. / Subscribes to everything.'
- Tagline: 'Just tell him what to do.'
Same SISYPHUS LABS wordmark, greek-column motif, @dori chat mockup, and
Merged badge. No star references anywhere in the image.
- Refresh README alt text to match the new banner copy.
- Bump cache-bust query (?v=3 -> ?v=4) so existing readers re-fetch.
- Apply consistently across all five language READMEs (en/ko/ja/ru/zh-cn).
Update the README quick-overview bullet and the dedicated File Locations
section in docs/reference/configuration.md to describe the walk-up
behaviour added in #417: configs under `.opencode/` are discovered by
walking from the working directory up to $HOME, with closer configs
winning.
Includes a hierarchical example (`~/.config/opencode/` global,
`~/work/.opencode/` work overrides, repo-specific overrides under that)
and a security note explaining why `mcp_env_allowlist` remains
extensible only from the canonical user config.
The banner now reflects sisyphuslabs.ai/en's current 'Meet Dori' identity
(headline 'Meet Dori. He ships to 56k stars.' + tagline 'The first AI agent
maintainer of a 56k-star repo.') instead of the older 'Sisyphus is the agent
that codes like your team.' visual, which no longer matches the live site.
- Regenerate .github/assets/sisyphuslabs.png with the new Dori-themed hero
(Sisyphus Labs wordmark, Greek-column motif, @dori chat mockup, Merged badge).
- Refresh alt text to describe the new banner.
- Bump cache-bust query (?v=2 -> ?v=3) so existing readers re-fetch the asset.
- Apply consistently across all five language READMEs (en/ko/ja/ru/zh-cn).
The Kimi Code subscription link had drifted across the 5 README
translations: the English README pointed to https://www.kimi.com/kimiplus/sale
at $0.99, while the Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Simplified Chinese
versions pointed to https://www.kimi.com/membership/pricing with a
referral tracking ID, also at $0.99 with an "only this month" qualifier.
Normalized all 5 to the canonical https://www.kimi.com/code at $19,
preserving each language's localized "Kimi Code Subscription" wording.

Syncs the README translations, CONTRIBUTING, docs/reference,
docs/guide, docs/examples JSONC configs, and the hierarchical
src/**/AGENTS.md files with the model version bump already landed
in the source and migration commits.
Updated across README (all locales), docs/guide/, docs/reference/,
docs/examples/, AGENTS.md files, and test expectations/snapshots.
The deep category and multimodal-looker still use gpt-5.3-codex as
those are separate from the hephaestus agent.
- Added TIP box linking to #building-in-public Discord channel
- Mentions Jobdori AI assistant (built on heavily customized OpenClaw)
- Added to all 5 language variants (EN, KO, JA, ZH-CN, RU)
- Positioned above waitlist section for visibility
Keep installer, config detection, schema generation, and publish workflows aligned with the long-lived oh-my-opencode package so this release does not split across two npm names.

Replace single-package npm/dt badge with shields.io endpoint badge
that combines downloads from both oh-my-opencode and oh-my-openagent.
Endpoint: https://ohmyopenagent.com/api/npm-downloads
The GitHub repository was renamed from oh-my-opencode to oh-my-openagent,
but all documentation, scripts, and source code references still pointed
to the old repository name. This caused confusion for users who saw
'oh-my-opencode' in docs but a different repo name on GitHub.
Updated all references across:
- README files (en, ko, ja, zh-cn, ru)
- CONTRIBUTING.md
- docs/ (installation, overview, configuration, etc.)
- Source code (schema URLs, GitHub API calls, issue links)
- Test snapshots
The npm package name remains 'oh-my-opencode' (unchanged).

Remove separate 'The Bet' sections and weave the multi-model future
vision directly into the existing 'steroids/prison' taglines:
- English: Expanded tagline with model orchestration and future betting
- Korean: '우리가 보는 미래' 섹션 제거, 태그라인에 통합
- Japanese: '私たちが賭ける未来' セクション削除、タグライン統合
- Chinese: '我们押注的未来' 部分删除,整合到标语中
Key message: Models get cheaper/smarter every month. No provider
will dominate. We ride them all. Built for the open market.
Add 'The Bet' section to all 4 language READMEs (en, ko, ja, zh-cn):
- Models getting cheaper every month
- Models getting smarter every month
- No single provider will dominate the future
- We leverage ALL models, not just Claude
- Architecture gets more valuable as models specialize
- We're building for the open multi-model future
Also update overview.md to move 'Better Than Pure Codex' into
Hephaestus section and add 'Better Than Pure Claude Code' section
with fundamental multi-model advantage explanation.
Rewrote prose for SF engineer voice: shorter sentences, punchier copy,
no em-dashes. Kept all structural elements, badges, testimonials, and
code blocks unchanged.

The installation instructions were incorrectly placed:
- 'For Humans' had the curl command (agent behavior)
- 'For LLM Agents' had the copy-paste prompt (human action)
Now correctly:
- 'For Humans': Copy-paste prompt to give to LLM agent
- 'For LLM Agents': Fetch raw installation guide via curl
Fixed in all 4 language versions (EN, KO, JA, ZH-CN).
