- Implement atomic message append/read/mark-read operations
- Messages stored per-agent at ~/.sisyphus/teams/{team}/inboxes/{agent}.json
- Use acquireLock for concurrent access safety
- Inbox append is atomic (read-append-write under lock)
- 2 comprehensive tests with locking verification
