sk0x0y 14e86d69c2 fix(model-requirements): use supported variant for gemini-3-pro ...

Gemini 3 Pro only supports 'low' and 'high' thinking levels according to
Google's official API documentation. The 'max' variant is not supported
and would result in API errors.

Changed variant: 'max' -> 'high' for gemini-3-pro in:
- oracle agent
- metis agent
- momus agent
- ultrabrain category
- deep category
- artistry category
